Intended use:
Multi-mycotoxin immunoaffinity columns for use in conjunction with HPLC for simulatneous detection of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 and ochratoxin A in a wide range of commodities.
General information:
Aflatoxins and ochratoxin A in a sample are extracted, filtered, diluted and passed slowly through the AFLAOCHRA PREP® column where binding takes place between the antibody and the toxin. The AFLAOCHRA PREP® column is then washed to remove any extraneous unbound pigments. Aflatoxin and ochratoxin A are released from the column using 100% methanol prior to injection onto an HPLC.
